Some of our recent & current projects. All of these projects were designed by Mark Peritz.
An extensive interior renovation of an older Woodstock home. The custom-built bathtub and shower with Italian ceramic tile; and the kitchen with european birch cabinets with stainless steel hardware, composite countertops, all stainless appliances and stunning stainless and glass exhaust hood all meet energy code standards.




A charming studio extension and deck on the property of a well-known Woodstock artist, this recent project was built using only state-of-the-art HVAC materials and practices.




Here, a private mountain-top compound was enhanced by extensive repairs, rehabilitation and additional construction that included decks of top-quality cedar and mahogany. As a result of the super-insulation put in, this home now can boast the highest R-values in both its walls and ceilings. All of the ultra-efficient windows and doors were custom-designed and handmade. Woodstock, NY.


	This handsome, specially designed barrier-free 300-gallon bathing tub was installed as part of the above project.	A covered wheelchair-friendly ramp, from garage to home.




This two-story addition was made to an existing home in order to provide a climate- controlled environment. Additionally, a barrier-free, fully handicap-accessible environment --including an elevator -- was created for the owner. Woodstock, NY.


Many original features distinguish this delightfully eye-catching house, including a 35'x35' great room, a custom-designed pyramidal skylight, stained-glass windows, stairs, fireplace and chimney. A unique residence, it preserves the best of the past while meeting the needs of the present and future. Woodstock, NY.


Here, the addition of handsome retro-fitted antique schoolhouse doors enhance a new construction. All the doors, stained-glass and leaded-glass inserts have been retrofit to meet energy code compliance

This elegantly rustic all-cedar house and deck is perched overlooking a bluestone quarry and pond. The striking deck curves its way downhill alongside the structure and rewards close attention because of design details that complement the home's Asian-influenced ambience. Woodstock, NY.




This barn-inspired home offers a striking meditation on the rural architecture of the area. Every door, window, cabinet and closet has been custom designed and made by hand; its other artisanal features include a master bedroom with gently curved windows and walls. Offering space and light to spare, the 25'x30' great room has 11' ceilings. Super-insulated and incorporating state-of-the-art ventilation, this well-planned house is cool in the summer, warm in the winter, always dry and energy-efficient. Woodstock, NY.




Note the elegant bowed-arch over the stairwell echoed in the arch over the doorway	The graceful arch appears again in the sleeping alcove.	One of 15 custom made doors using native pine.


This succesful restoration of the former WDST-Radio Woodstock studios returned the structure to its original attractive farmhouse design. Now retro-fitted for use as modern offices, the building functions as a commercial property on the interior while preserving its external historic character.	This eminently practical custom executive entertainment center has been in continual use since being built for the current WDST Radio-Radio Woodstock studios.


Here, antique windows harmonize with new construction in a custom bathroom, a spacious kitchen and cozy sleeping alcove. Woodstock, NY.


This carport addition takes its inspiration from Asian design, adding visual interest to the structure. Woodstock, NY.	A new house designed in a vernacular style, this dwelling is both charming and highly functional, again combining the best of the old with the new. Woodstock, NY.
